Had an amazing dinner here last night. Our server, Logan, was great, explaining everything and giving recommendations. We’d never been here before and he made it feel like we were VIP’s. We did the 4 course meal and everything was fantastic. We started with the Quattro Formaggio fondue which tasted amazing. Rich with a real depth of flavor I couldn’t stop with the Breads, vegetables and apples. Then she had the Caesar salad and I had the Apple Bacon Spinach salad…wow. Both were great. Then our Entree’s cooked in the Mojo bouillon…so flavorful we almost forgot to try the dipping sauces. Finally the Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Fondue (Dark Chocolate, Bourbon & Candied Pecans. I can’t say how wonderful it was…simply a perfect ending to an amazing meal. Thank you to the staff, especially Logan, for a perfect night. We finally realized we had been there for over 2 hours and enjoyed the entire experience.
