  Eat before you come. Bottom line up front. Food OK. Service horrible. Come for the free fights. Eat before you get here. Staff are in knowledgeable about alcohol (which for a sports bar you’d expect staff to know what alcohol is available). Folks come here to watch the game or fights, drink a few. Not to eat. The food is mediocre as expected for a sports bar. But I wouldn’t classify them as a restaurant because of that fact. On the positive side, the best wings in town. Although expensive their wings are always good. Just expect a long wait. Its so bad, I’ve considered calling ahead of time for a pick up, then asked to be seated to ensure my food is ready in a timely manner

  Go to watch free fights, eat before. For an eatery. BWWs lacks. Great sports bar and shows the fights regularly. Eat somewhere else before you go. Service is lacking. Staff are lacking in knowledge especially in regards to alcohol available. In my opinion, I’d you’re a bar, you’re staff should know about your alcohol selection.If you order food it is usually good. However, expect a 25 minute wait for food. On a good day. If it is packed, you will find yourself wondering if your order was lost. I go here only to watch the fights. And I keep my expectations low when I order because I have never received my food quickly in this establishment.

  Will never eat at this Cache BWW again.. I usually like BWW, as I like to watch the UFC and love their wings. This location on Cache had been a hit or miss lately. Sometimes our appetizers are forgotten or we sit a long time before we find a waitress. Yesterday (Super Bowl Sunday) – my Wife and I ordered wings at 1pm in the afternoon for 4:30pm pick up. We arrived at 4:15, paid for our meal and was told they would be right out since we called it in early. After waiting nearly 20 mins, we began asking about our order – we were ignored by all the personnel behind the take out counter. I figured I would wait a few more minutes since they were a little busy because of the Super Bowl. After waiting another 20 mins – we starting asking for a refund and was again ignored and over looked again with no explanation. People that had just walked in and ordered, were getting their food before us !!!!! I finally chased a guy down that had a Manager tag on and told him that we had been waiting an hour for our food that we called in. He went in the kitchen and came out with another Manager and said we were credited our money back, but would not give us anything stating that. No-one gave us an explanation as to why we didn’t get our food – no apologies- nothing. The staff at this restaurant are totally incompetent and could care less about the customers. We did call the Regional Manager and he did apologize for our experience and offered a meal to us. We declined, as we are not out to get free meals – but wanted him to know that we were disappointed and will never return.
