the lady we ordered our food from was really rude.on their website it clearly states that you can substitute the eggroll for 2 different soups. she kept telling us that we had to have the eggroll, and then pay more for the soup… bad customer service, and food quality is poor.
Worst Experience Possible. Ordered delivery and was told it would be up to an hour. When well over an hour had passed I called them back and the manager told me it wasn’t his fault because the driver was new. 45 minutes later it shows up, cold and the manager wouldn’t take my call. Food wasnt good even after hearing it up. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
Rude Rude Rude!. The one and only lady there… Is extremely RUDE! These people should get blacklisted. I still don’t understand how can they still be in business. They are so happy to get your order wrong so that they can make more money. She got my order wrong and when I corrected her letting her know that it was just for one person, she became nasty, rude and hung up the phone. Never again will I order from them!
Disgusting.. We are fairly new to the Lawton area (moved here this yr) & I had heard that China Garden in Elgin was good so we pay the gas & .50 toll to go there & back to Sill.. Their food is pretty good but I wanted to try something new.I looked online & found this place & saw something on their menu that I thought my husband would love.. Dragon meets Phoenix (spicy chicken/shrimp). When we found this place I had second thoughts bc there was nobody there. I walked inside & it was dirty & the calenders were all a yr behind & their furniture was old & It just looked like the place was in need of a serious deep cleaning. Nevertheless I walked up to the counter.. there were 3 people at the counter but not one of them greeted or even acknowledged me.. the lady was on the phone but once she got off she just stared at me without saying a word.. I guess she wanted me to talk so I gave her my order.. We ordered 2 meals & a side of lo mein & it came out to $30… I was a bit shocked but I hoped the food would be worth it.. We got home & started eating it. My husband is the least picky person I know & he could only eat a few bites of his food.. He said the shrimp was very gross it tasted like it had freezer burn & the chicken was very tough.. I ordered the sesame chicken & I felt the same way.. It was very tough & tasted like they used the worst part of the chickens.. It was barely edible & my kids were even spitting the sesame chicken out… The lo mein & fried rice was pretty good though. They didn’t give us fortune cookies.We won’t be going here again.
We placed an order for delivery tonight and where not impressed! We ordered fried rice and got white rice. Our two orders of different chicken dishes looked and tasted EXACTLY the same! And don’t even bother ordering the shrimp with lobster sauce, it has no flavor what so ever and literally was like shrimp in water. We tried to call them back to explain that our order was messed up and guess what?.. No answer. We will never order here again.
Incompetent & Rude. Ordered delivery for $10, was told $20 was needed to make a debit purchase. Got filler items in order to get our two entrees. Food showed up an hour later, missing one entree. Called back, explained, order taker told us we never ordered it. She repeated the order back to us twice and the only reason our food came out to $25 dollars, was because of the extra items we needed for those TWO things. She told us she’d charge us for the food to be made and sent to us, we did the calculations, and what we got was LESS than $20, but would’ve been on the dot with the one missing item. She started to be rude and argued that we were lying about ordering the item. Husband had to hang up before he got nasty with her. Horrible business, horrible service, horrible attitude, and all for SUB-PAR PSEUDO-ASIAN SLOP. But what should I expect from this dump of a city? Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and just do not order from here at all, lest the people who can’t even do their one job right screw it all up.23 Jul, 2014Incompetent & Rude. My husband and I decided to order dinner for the two of us after a long day. With the 2 items we bought, using a card for delivery, we were told we needed at least $20 dollars worth of items. We added on some things we admittedly didn’t even want, just so we could get our order. An hour later, we get the food – one item we wanted, and all the extras. The second original item was missing. When we called, the girl who took our order told us we never order that item and that we had to pay for it to have it delivered again. Which, of course, was not enough for a debit purchase. My husband had to repeat the order to her twice. THE ONLY REASON we had to get the extra items was because our TWO items weren’t enough. She DID get our order. Even after adding up the prices of what we got, it still wasn’t the same amount we were charged. When explaining this, she got bitchy and actually started to argue. What business. But what should I expect from this sh*thole of a town? Go somewhere else, order somewhere else, do not waste your time with these rude, ungrateful scammers. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.
Gross no really people this stuff is slop. This was the worst imitation Chinese food I have ever had. I ordered 52 dollars worth to appease a hungry group . Nobody thought the food was good and we ended up dumping it in the garbage,,,where I can only assume it came from. Don’t order from this place, the food is nasty. We ordered Mongolian Chicken Szechuan chicken, combination lomein, spring rolls , house special soup, eggrolls and wantons. The food was flavorless, watery, mushy and the fried foods were overcooked. I am not making this up, the food was bad.I am getting sick again just thinking about it, but I had to at least try to warn someone.
