Like their wedge salad with the blue cheese crumbles. They also have a pretty good ribeye and prime rib. For Lawton it IS fine dining.The French onion soup is often good but can be a bit variable.The barbie shrimp isn’t bad even for a seafood hater like me. The open flame grilling removes almost all of the long dead seafood taste so often encountered. They do a great job seasoning the skewered shrimp so it works well.
Horrible service. The food is good but HORRIBLE service. I used to eat here all the time and I’ve had terrible service the last several times we have been there.
Couldn’t Get service. We went to Outback and asked if we could sit in the bar area. The hosts said yes, it’s self seating. When we sat down at the booth, we immediately knew what we want. 7 minutes later, we were both still waiting for a waitress with our id’s out for a drink. We were completely ignored. I walked up to the manager, who was standing by the bar and asked her if it was all right to sit there, and why we did not have a server. She immediately apologized and said she would get someone for us. 5 minutes later, still no waitress. The manager walked over to the table right by us and asked them how their meal was doing, even though we clearly had not yet been helped. We left and got the same thing at Texas Roadhouse, even though it was very disappointing.
Bad Service. I used to enjoy Outback Steakhouse’s, but after too many trips to this one with bad service I have decided not to go back. On more than one occassion someone’s meal is forgotten and just never arrives. Service is always painfully slow. On our last visit my husband’s steak was so rare it wasn’t edible.
Horrible!!! We seriously sat for 15 minutes before we even had a waitress get our drink order, then we ordered Spinach Artichoke Dip and it was disgusting !!!!! At this point we have waited 35 minutes for our Entrees! What is really bad is that there are several empty tables and its still taking forever. Service is bad, food was horrible and the wait is ridiculous !!!!
OWNER needs to step in and clean house starting with the manager for allowing this place to be run so terrible we ordered ribs and chicken they were not very good bread was brought out cold, salad seemed like it was poured out of a bag not like we remembered. the fries were not hot and there were very few on the plate waiter noticed it and said he would have them cook more but never did we had no silverware had to get someone else to bring them they could not figure out what table got what they brought our salad to the table behind me then they mixed our bills up with the same table. Also went there for steak and lobster they were out of lobster and most of the steaks, it was one of the worst waiters i have ever had the tables around us were complaining that they hadn’t seen their waiter. and to finish it off my wife went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
Good 1 out of 3 visits. They seem to have a hard time making good steaks consistently.
