This place is always slow. I have had to place complaints in the past for wrong orders that were missing whole items, and I have had the management call me a liar on my complaint on the Panda’s facebook page. Further, management responded to the complaint on facebook with her personal facebook account, which represents her brand in a negative manner. Just a tip- it’s NEVER ok to respond to business with your personal account and to disparage customers. In addition to that, Management stated that Panda express is NOT fast food (which is an outright lie), which is why I was told it would take almost a half hour in the drive through to cook my items, which apparently have to be cooked separately and not at the same time, for 5-7 minutes each. I asked which items WERE actually available, and what was left was not anything I liked. I’m not going to order food I don’t like because it’s convenient to the restaurant. So, I took my business elsewhere. I suspect I was treated like that for filing the complaint the first time. Further, for the first complaint, management stated that they could not process a credit card refund for a missing order, which anyone with half a brain knows isn’t true. And now- for the best part. That manager had her friend cuss me out over facebook, calling me names, and accusing me of wrecking this manager’s career. I have the screenshots, and I would LOVE to post them here. Given the other complaints on here regarding this location, I would assume that I’m not alone in having bad experiences here, and perhaps the management should fix the issues, instead of trying to CYA to save their job by lying on social media (and getting caught in it), calling customers liars, and having their friends harass and verbally abuse customers over facebook because they are filing a complaint. DO NOT GO HERE. Lawton has a lot of restaurants with poor service, but this one is by far the worst.

I saw an employee put his hands directly into a container of rice and then proceed to wipe his hand on his pants. The entire time I was there I didnt see any employee wash their hands either. I do not recommend this particular establishment.
