Did the Endless Shrimp promo. Got a salad, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Nashville Hot Shrimp, Hand Breaded Shrimp, Mediterranian Shrimp, a Baked Potato, and Key Lime pie for desert before seriously running out of room.Everything was good, the food nice and tasty, and Jacqueline, our trainee waitress, very accomodating and competent.Did find that the Shrimp Scampi was even better with a quick grind of fresh pepper added … not that it was bad – just a bit improved.
The service here is always fast and friendly. The crab legs aren’t super impressive but they’ll quell the craving if you’ve got one like I often have. Saltwater Grill is my favorite for crab legs, but the lobster, soups, and garlic mussels here are great. Also the drinks are fantastic. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been to this Red Lobster a number of times.
When you choose to eat at a chain like Red Lobster, you expect the food to taste just like it does at every other restaurant in that chain. We had exactly what we expected, good food, fast, courteous service, and a clean, welcoming setting. My husband let me sample his shrimp tacos, and they were indeed delicious. The salads and cheddar biscuits were excellent as well. I wish I could find the perfect copycat recipe for the biscuits!
