Top notch Selection & Service.. Great selection of Sashimi and sushi. Beautiful presentation. Excellent and pleasant service. This will be our go to place in Lawton for sushi and other Japanese dishes.
Hungry Roll and Cowboy Roll. These two rolls are amongst my favorites. The cowboy roll appeals to Americans because of the cooked beef on top, and its good quality beef. The staff are a tight group and work hand in hand. You never have to ask for anything here. Their hibachi is good but their sushi is better. Sushi ranges and the fish is delivered daily. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Other places in Lawton have horrible sushi for twice the price. The only time my bill runs up here is when I’m starving and order 6 or 7 rolls. Ricky usually works the sushi and if you sit at the bar he will make special rolls for you that are always fresh and new. Lunch or dinner you can’t go wrong with Samurai. Lunch, hit the bento box. Its cheap, filling and delicious. If youre solo or on a date, sit at the sushi bar and ask the chef to make you something special. Big group sit hibachi or sushi, both areas can accommodate. Nothing negative to say about Samurai.
One of my favorite restaurants in town. Hands down the best sushi Lawton has to offer. Service is always great and I have been there more then a dozen times and never had a problem. They recognize me there and are always friendly and nice. The warm cloth is a nice touch. The only thing I don’t like is their teriyaki. It’s kind of gross to be honest. I stick with the sushi though!

Reasonable, probably best option in Lawton. I used to be a sushi chef and would say this is probably the best one all around in Lawton. Majority of the staff are nice people. They might make mistakes, so just make sure you confirm/repeat your order. If there is a mistake they quickly try to fix it. Food is fairly good. The sauces and dressing is kinda unusual for a typical Japanese restaurant. But actual food is fairly good quality and prices are fair.
This is the BEST hibachi and sushi ever. What a gem we found here! Every ingredient was fresh and high quality. Very entertaining chefs. And the food was soooo tasty. We will gladly drive 90 miles to return often.
Great place, sushi not so much. They have good service, forgot half our order. people there are pleasant and very friendly. The food sucked, we ordered the temopra, crunch roll, bagel roll, 1 pair sashimi and some other stuff that never made it. I guess if you haven’t had good quality sushi then this is amazing, but in all lawton doesn’t have a good name for sushi anyways.
