Horrible! Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and when I complained to the manager they told me well you know we have a empty lobby you could’ve gone into. Not impressed and will not be back. Their food is over priced for the quality anyways.
They charge more tip than you authorize. Don’t ever have this place deliver to you! you can write the tip into the receipt all you want but they will charge you over 20% tip to deliver! my order was $35.83 and the tip that came through on our bank statement was $7.95 bringing the entire *unathorized* charge to $43.78. these people are crooks, their food isn’t that great, and they will never have us as a customer again! our delivery guy was this old caucasian balding guy with a veteran sticker on his car. beware!
