Went here for a late lunch. Ordered the Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice and an Egg Roll along with a cup of Hot & Sour soup.The soup was good – chock full of stuff. It was not particularly spicy or vinegary which was interesting.The Egg Roll was both crispy and tender – with good flavor as well. My server brought out both hot mustard and duck sauce without being prompted – and it did not come in plastic packets!The Mongolian Beef was ordered as mild. When they say ‘mild’ they really mean it. You may want to kick your order up a notch.The fried rice was plain as they stated on the menu but it was done well and they took the extra step of plating it by filling a monkey bowl, inverting it on the plate, and carefully removing the bowl. True, this a small thing but it is indicative of the pride and care they show in their food preparation and presentation.The service was excellent and prompt even though you order at the counter before selecting a table.NOTE: They have ham fried rice available on their menu. Likely that will be my next meal there.
