Worst ive seen. Waited at drive thru car ahead was waiting then server casually strolled thru lobby stoped to have a conversation then delivered the food.and the food sucks chicken is greasy and disgusting will never go back
Terrible service, doesn’t matter if your in the drive thru or inside, SO IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY SKIP THIS PLACE.. They had really good food but the people on the inside don’t have any idea about the concept of assigning numbers to orders. SO UNORGANIZED, no one seemed to know what they were doing and orders were filled for people who came in after people who were waiting. I waited 20 minutes but other people were waiting before me and their orders still weren’t filled when I got mine. The drive thru line wasn’t being serviced very quickly at all and people inside were getting incomplete orders and having to wait for the remainder. The only person who seemed to know what she was doing was the cashier. The other 4- 5 didn’t have a clue as to what had been filled and what had not. They need to fill orders in succession not piece meal. 2 patrons left while I waited. Not only that, I didn’t observe any food handlers wearing gloves. The place could run more efficiently, but the workers don’t seem to care and they don’t seem to have a good idea of how to get filled orders off the order screens. UNORGANIZED CHAOS! i REALLY FELT SORRY FOR PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH, THE WINDOW PERSON DIDN’T SEEM TO BE IN ANY RUSH TO GET THE LINE MOVING.
This place is soooo slow, however, the food is great. If service were much quicker, they would have a much better review.
Love this place! But be ready to wait. Was in drive thru for 20 mins.
Only for those with a lot of patience. I really like the chicken strips and most sides, their rolls are awesome. No complaints about the food being hot or tasty. If I wrote a paper on poor service this would be my first example. I have almost seen customers physically attack workers over incompetents displayed in this restaurant. While waiting 20 minutes for my food once, I saw the manager give 4 refunds because customers were allowed to order food they no longer had. I was told I couldn’t order extra rolls once because they were rationing them for the rest of the night. Please have time to kill and a heart of gold before ordering.
Finally new management!!! Went there yesterday and did not wait 10 min in line to order which use to be typical and no one was rude. Everyone was very nice! Hope it stays this way for future visits.
Decent for fast food. Chicken isn’t breaded as much as other places and I like that. The cut of chicken seemed good. The dirty rice, though not nearly authentic, did have some flavor/seasoning. The gravy wasn’t good. The spicy isn’t spicy, but gave it a LITTLE flavor.
