Went here for lunch. Interesting menu and good food.Ok, it looks scary from the street but the inside is fairly nice and well air conditioned.Ordered a small tortilla soup – which it turns out isn’t on the menu and is still about the size of a meal soup bowl at home.Also ordered the Chicken Mole which came with my selections of Rice and Mexican Potatoes.The soup was great with lots of chickrn, veggies, and avacado. A well thought out and balanced flavor and presentation.The Chicken Mole was quite good and extremely rare to find in Oklahoma. Nice bitter chocolate base with an appropriate amount of spice to balance and highlight.The rice was good – light, fluffy, and flavorful as it should be.The mexican potatoes were different. Their take is potato chunks in a bowl with a nice sauce reminiscent of green chile pork stew with a less heat and no pork. Very nice!The soup and entre was way too much to eat. Thankfully I was spared ordering the huge portion of soup! The small soup turned out to be $5.00 vs the regular huge size at $9.25. I would like to see them offer a cup that is about half the size of the dmall.

Bill had the Burrito and I order Beef Flautas Awesome so was the Salsa ( I’ve never seen green peas in Salsa before But it was so Good….. If your in the area 23rd between Douglas and Post Try them out. I’ll be going back for their Carne Asada next So stay Tuned 😀
Loved it! The cheese enchiladas and cheese tacos were great and the salsa andquesowere excellent. They also have a green salsa that is really spicy but out of my range of comfort. The restaurant is very clean and the servers well trained and happy to help you. It’s on NE 23rd between Douglas and Post Road on north side in a small strip mall. Give it a try.
