We only come back for the sauce.. My family has ordered numerous times and have had problems every single time. We’ve had incorrect orders, REALLY incorrect orders, large pieces of plastic in a sandwich, side orders that taste like they were microwaved in plastic or styrofoam, cold food (a lot of the sides must come frozen and get microwaved to order) and once were even told they were out of babybacks – after we ordered by phone and drove 20 minutes to pick the food up. How does a rib place run out of ribs? If not for this place being the only place to get Spicy Carolina sauce we would never give this place our money. The front of the house is clueless, the back of the house is incompetent, and the manager… well, the less said there the better.
They wont answer the phone!!. I just called and they SLAMED the phone down, tried to call back, no answer!!!!!!!
Service is slow, servers rude, hostess doesn’t speak when escorted to your table. Did the all you can eat rib nite and all they send on second request are the burnt pieces, dried end pieces and bones with very little meat and always cold. Will not return.
Slow cooks. It takes to long to get the food the cooks are not the best i have seen i only have a short time to eat lunch i like the food but some one needs to put a boot in somes but and get it in gear get the food out faster i will not be back for a while not happy
Rip Off. Over priced, dry tasteless meat, crappy BBQ sauce. In a word, worthless.
I have a high standard of BBQ to begin with so I’m not gonna say it was the best I’ve ever had. I will say that the price is a little on the pricey side for what you get. However the food is quality, and the service I recived from Ann was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Is it good yes, is it my favorite BBQ? No. I will come come back based on quality of food and excellent service.
Nothing done well. We have tried to give them business multiple times both eat in and take out, they always disappoint. Service is bad and slow, only once has a take out order been correct, when we ordered two pounds of sliced brisket. Servers seem annoyed when you walk through the door.
