This location is just awesome and treats everyone like royalty! Michelle and Taylor both took care of my party like we were close family members. The service was superb and I’ve never had a better meal. The manager, Zach, came out to check on us as well. It was great to get together at this location and upon leaving, I didn’t have to take out a second mortgage to pay the bill. What more can you ask! Rib Crib in MWC, will be a regular stop for me as long as I get this kind of service and excellent meals. Thank You Michelle and Taylor for all you do!
My family had dinner at this location Monday night. My daughter had an expensive key chain of mine that she was playing with and had thrown it into the seat of our booth. When we were boxing up our leftovers to leave I saw it still sitting in the same spot and told myself to make sure I grabbed it before leaving, well needless to say I forgot to grab it and realized it as soon as we left, and went back to get it. Our table hadn’t even been cleared off yet, but my keychain was gone. I asked our waitress if she had seen it and she said no, and then acted like checking in the lost and found was the most difficult task of her life. It wasn’t there so I asked if she would inquire with the other staff seeing as how we were one of two families still there and nobody seemed busy at all. This also seemed to test the limitations of what she was capable of doing even though I had just left her a 20% tip on our meal. It never did turn up and its been a few days now and it still wasn’t in the lost and found when I called today. I’m forced to believe it had to be stolen by a Rib Crib employee as the only other people there weren’t seated anywhere near us and were still there when I got back to grab it. Also this wasn’t something that would just be tossed in the trash or go unnoticed. I like Rib Crib, but I’ll never spend another dime at this location.
Tonight I had the St. Louis style beef ribs with a salad and corn on the cob as sides. The salad was crisp and plentiful. The rub used on the ribs is a little too salty for my taste but salt – lovers will like it. The ribs were meaty. The bar offers good beers on tap, bottle beer, and mixed drinks. Michelle is an awesome server and bartender though somewhat overworked.
