COLD, OVERDONE AND SLOW. Sat for 10 minutes after being seated, restaurant is half empty without server ever coming over. finally one came by and told us that we were half in one area and half in one so no one had claimed us. then it went downhill from there. Here is a hint when you have a larger group (9) write down the orders or guess what… you will get them wrong. after waiting for a long time to get our food it was cold, overdone (ordered medium rare and got well done. Ordered soup and did not get any spoons and it was cold.This was not an isolated incident we have come here a lot over the past couple of years and it has gone downhill dramatically. There are some servers that are great and actually can get your food out to you when its still hot but they are few and far between and don’t seem to stay.
Donation. This Chilis was great! The G.M. Kyle was very happy and helpful about donating food for an event for my church. The staff was very helpful as well.
By far the worst I’ve ever been to waited 10-15 min to be seated while the two hostess sat there talking. Finally got a table waitress was more worried about her cell phone then waiting on us awful service will never return
Walked Out. Went for family dinner, sat for ten minutes, no one ever waited on us. Ended up at Upper Crust were the service was great
Moore location is our favorite. I worked at the Chili’s in Yukon for 7 years so I am quite familiar with this chain. Where I’ve seen other locations in the metro go downhill as far as service and food quality, the Moore location always delivers. The margaritas are good and strong, service is good, food is hot and as ordered. Keep it up guys!
Poor customer service. Rude. To-go orders ALWAYS missing items or inaccurate.
This restaurant is slow as hell even when they aren’t busy. The food lacks flavor and often tastes reheated. In its defense the chilis on 240 is prettt much just as bad. They need new management that gives a damn.
