Cleaning Staff Quit?. The burgers and fries were terrific as always, but wow has the cleanliness standard slid. They used to have someone full time keeping the dining area clean but not anymore. There were large puddles on the floor you had to wade through by the drink dispenser and at least a third of the tables had trash or food left on or under them. The employees were spending most of their time visiting…except for the Spanish fellow in charge of the fries. He was keeping his area clean and wiped down…kudos.
Good Burger but not worth the price. 3 Burgers. 1 large Fry, 3 small drinks = $32!$32 for burgers and fries is just not normal. And to top it off when dining in, they hand it to you in a paper sack. For what they are charging, couldn’t the splurge for some trays? A good burger, but not THAT good!

We’ve heard so many great things about five guys we had to try it. Burger was a grease gasum. My husband said that burger will give you the courage to fight a bear. The regular fry is over plenty for two. They remind me of home being they are boardwalk fries. The best with salt and vinegar. Paid about 20 but worth it. Not your fancy restaurant burger. This is messy and delish.
Mustard?. Is it possible that I would have needed to request mustard for it to have been included on my burger? Tell me it ain’t so! This MIGHT explain the wide range of comments by reviewers. A ‘seasoned’ burger afficianado would never suspect that mustard would need to be requested. Not in America. It goes without saying. Otherwise, for some reason that I could not identify while I was there, the burger was missing a soul.

Moore Oklahoma store. Since when does a Mushroom/Swiss/Gilled onion burger come with out the mushrooms/swiss,or grilled onion? Can’t you ever get an order right?Will be brining you your damn burger patty back tomorrow for a refund.
