I’ve been going here for years. The service is absolutely horrible every single time. I’m not sure why. It’s not hard! They don’t even have to take or deliver any orders. So frustrating. I almost always have to get up and get my own sriaracha. Unfortunately at this point I know where they keep it! Haha

It used to be good… My food came out in a chipped bowl and the workers were standing around talking instead of cleaning all the spilled items on the ingredient bar… Yuck

You choose your own ingredients so it is easy to please yourself. Raw meat shrinks when cooked, so it ends up being less. I want to go back!

Bring back the bigger bowl!. Good concept in the beginning definitely, but it went downhill from there. With that said, food is still good even with changes they’ve made since they first opened. Endless combinations can be made as you go through the line to pick what meats, vegetables, sauces and spices you want for the outcome in your bowl. No complaints over there. My only gripe is that they made the bowl smaller for a higher price (since they first opened, I believe it was cheaper back then). For the current price, I can go somewhere else with more and better service as well as fresh food that take more time and care to prepare compared to what I can get here. All the food you pile up in their smaller bowl reduces to little food in the end. I used to request noodles with my bowl but switched to rice later on. I found out I get more quantity that way. I hope they do listen to their customers and try to improve on this. For 2 people, the price I pay we could’ve gotten 2 nice entrees somewhere else. A bowl of stir fried goodness doesn’t seem to justify the price, yet we keep coming back still. That’s saying something.

Dirty and service is bad. Our waitress griped to us how busy they were on a Saturday night and how when had already been working 9 hours and how tired she was. She would walk up and say something that no one at the table could understand and walk away. The food buffet was dirty and the floor was dirty. Next time I spend $50 for 4 people it won’t be there. The only time she really listened to us and tried to be happy was when it came time to get a tip. Very cramped seating and the servers were always in the way.

Going downhill. At one time, this was one of my favorite restaurants, but the service keeps getting worse. A few trips back I had a waitress add around $10 to the credit card tip after already getting a good tip. After talking with a manger, the issue got resolved. The next trip me and two buddies were seated and it took around 10 minutes before a waitress came to take our drink orders and give us our bowls. The place was not busy at the time. She then brought back one of the drinks with something blue floating it in and took about 5 minutes to get my buddy a second beer. The staff is very alternative and the turnover rate seems to be high. It’s also a nightmare trying to get the food at the back of the buffet line if you’re 6’+ tall. My buddy actually took the container out of its spot and put it on the front counter so we could get to the meat without throwing out our back. They have also removed the eggs from the line. Now you tell them you want eggs when you turn your bowl in to get cooked. I was asked how many I wanted. I said three. He wrote down two and I believe I had one in the bowl when it showed up on my table. The tables are also very close together. If it’s busy, plan on eating dinner with strangers because that’s how close you’ll be with the table next to you. It’s impossible to carry on a private conversation.

Likes it. I have been here a few times and I’m always satisfied, and ALWAYS full when I leave. People don’t get that you have to cram your bowl with raw ingredients to get your money’s worth and that’s what its all about. Don’t complain if you only get enough to fill the bottom. Not their fault you’re an idiot. The food is good and they have a great variety of ingredients. Pretty good place to eat in my opinion. It is kind of hard to get to the food on the line though…
