Went here with my best friend. We both LOVE sushi, and they have a great selection. Nice atmosphere, and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Awhile back (over a year ago) I had my husband grab me go go sushi on his way home one day. I ordered a California roll and one other roll, no raw ingredients. The sushi was warm and tasted funny. I didn’t finish them because of this. A few hours later I was violently ill. It was miserable. I sent go go a message via Facebook and received no response. I vowed to never eat there again and the reason I am writing this review now is because today I had been considering options to eat sushi close to home and recalled how horribly sick I became after eating at Go Go.
Love and adoration for GoGo. This restaurant is officially my favorite with it’s beautiful dishes, infused water, tasty sushi/nigiri/hibachi delights, and beautifully executed decor. Located just off the I35 service road at 19th, you will find a fabulous new haunt for your entire family.12 Jul, 2015Godzilla Roll and Deluxe Devil Roll. The Godzilla Roll is a truly decadent experience. This fried roll will have your taste buds dancing with its collaborative flavors of jalapeo, cream cheese, salmon and spicy mayo. Portion sizes are terrific to eat alone or build your perfect ensemble. The Devil’s deluxe roll has a unique taste with a pistachio /almond mix that adds a unique smoky flavor that sends this roll to the edge. Spicy, nutty, beautiful and palate pleasing.
Since summer classes began, I come here twice a week with my boyfriend after our class to eat at their offered happy hour (from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Tuesdays through Thursdays). There is a friendly girl that walks around that ensures the great dine-in experience. The portions are large and they do not charge for sauces.
Cook eats while making sushi. Slow food
Good food, slow as H service
Don’t come during bad weather. Gogos has amazing food but the management literally kicked me out during a tornado. Sirens were ringing and they said I HAD to go away. What kind of people do that, Money hungry people who don’t want to be responsible for others in need. I will never go back to that place please do not go there during bad weather. They will kick you out.
