Christmas Day ( yeah I know). First off the while place smelled like smoke, because the door to the smoking section was left open. The salads were chewy and bitter I couldn’t eat it. And then when I got my chicken fries steak it was not any better than a microwave dinner plus they ran out of corn, green beans, basically everything but okra. LolI thought the waitress was good, until my wife pointed out that she was only helping me, she refilled my drinks, and took my plates but not my wife’s. Not going back any time soon. Oh yeah I have had to run to use the restroom several times today, not saying it was mama Lou’s, but I’m not saying it wasn’t either.

I told the manager owner (Iran guy) and he said there was nothing wrong with it and dont come back if I dont like it.

It is a smelly place smells like smoke from the inadequate inside smoking area ventilation. The food is good but the whole place smells like a ashtray. Told the staff so let’s see if they fix it
Will not go back. I had the chicken fried chicken & mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes had a hard crust over them like they’ve been sitting awhile. Grossed me out. The floor was dirty your shoes stuck to the carpet.
I put I like Mama Lou’s (and I do) but it seems its missing something. I grew up in Moore and my family always ate there as a family and I remember it being great when I was in high school. But now… I would say its not bad, but could be better. The last two times I went there they couldn’t make me a waffle because their waffle machine was broken. Seriously? It’s a breakfast place. And the waitress was unfriendly. Ill continue going back but half the reason is for nostalgia.
Moore. Was in there today at 12:30 after church. it was pretty busy,we eat here alot but today was the worst ever! our waitress lost our ticket,food was greasy and cold. must have new cooks.no one was smiling or helping each other.MIGHT BE AWHILE BEFORE WE GO BACK
