My husband liked it, but I was super disappointed. The fried rice was ok, the beef and broccoli was gross and had a weird flavor and the lo mein was naaaasty. I husband loved it, though.
Watch out for caterpillars…. We have been here maybe 2-3 times, and it’s been great. However, with our bad experience today, we won’t be back. I ordered the Steamed Vegetable plate with broccoli, water chestnuts, and snow peas. When we were dishing this onto our plates at home, I noticed something gray stuck to the broccoli. Turns out there was a dead caterpillar about 1 inch long stuck to one of the broccoli heads. Gross. That ruined the rest of our dinner. We were afraid everything else we were eating hadn’t been washed, or had been left out for bugs to get to it. Yuck!
Been looking for a good chinese place. Tried this place tonight and it’s GREAT! Food was cooked well and had great flavor.
Bad ownership change. Mandarin chef has changed ownership ,but the old owner was much better
Love it. Always clean looking, food hot and tastes great. Outstanding for a take-out place. Staff very nice. Never had my order messed up.
Great food, good value, and fast.. Best Asian take out in Moore. Maybe the best take-out in Oklahoma. Food is always hot & tastes fresh. Every time I bring it up for dinner now, my wife says NO. That’s just because we have lived in the area for 11 years and we have ordered from here so much. The General Tso Chicken is great. We have not had anything from Mandarin Chef that we didn’t like. The only compliant I can think of is communication when ordering. They’ve never got our order wrong though. Don’t let the initial phone call turn you off of this place., you will be missing out if you do. Call in an order, you’ll see what I mean!
