Wonderful restaurant. Ordered to go. The Pot Roast was dreamy. Mash Potatoes and Puff Pastryfor Pot Roast were quite good. Blueberry salad dressing wonderful. Ranch salad dressing tasted too vinegaryand cheap. They can do better. Salad itself needs more iceberg lettuce and less leaves. Plan to eat there more.

Ehh, King’s Food Host coated their cheese frenchies with corn flakes and had mayonnaise on them. Where was the french loaf for the B.A.B. Seriously, NINE DOLLARS for 2 pieces of dry bread, some cheese, and a little bacon. No thanks, never again.

My wife and I went to the 4th Friday tasting. An absolute value for $8 ($6 in advance ). The meal consisted of pot roast, king ranch chicken, baked brie bites, bacon wrapped jalapeos, homemade mac and cheese, and cucumber sandwiches (yes, they are delicious!). An added bonus was a chocolate fountain with large strawberries for dipping and featured tea samples from their signature tea list. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and truly gracious. Highly recommended!

My girls and I just went here for lunch because of their Groupon. I was a little nervous at first because it looks rather high end, but the staff put me right at ease and were super nice and helpful throughout. We ordered mango peach tea and and appetizers to start. Then salads and entrees. All of the food was excellent and the presentation was rather pretty. We wandered to the dessert display and decided on the Italian lemon cake. So amazing! Sometimes there was a bit of a wait for things, but the staff is fairly new, so I am guessing that will iron out with time. Overall wonderful experience and we will go again!

This place is pretty good. Weird hours – but food was delicious.I had the spinach salad with toasted pecans. I also tried their take on a grilled cheese. This is higher end fare. Not a burger and fries kind of place.

It’s a nice new addition to have in this area. The food is made from scratch and a lot of it makes me think of comfort food. I had a chance to stop by on a weekend around noon and it wasn’t crowded. We were seated immediately and our drink orders taken. We ordered 3 items from the menu to share: Creamy Tomato & Fresh Basil soup in sourdough bread bowl, Pot Roast Pot Pie and Daily Mac. The soup was good but I’ve had better ones from other establishments. The sourdough bread bowl is quite tasty. It came with a side of fresh greens. The Pot Roast Pot Pie is different from any I’ve ever had. It has this thick, dark sauce with a unique flavor for pot roast. It’s pretty good and loaded with veggies. It came with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The Daily Mac is what I enjoyed the most out of the 3. It has pieces of seasoned steak in the mac and cheese as well as some veggies. It’s creamy and there’s more sauce than most mac and cheese I’ve tried but I find this a welcome change. I use some of the bread from the soup bread bowl to sop the sauce up. It’s tasty and decadent. It comes with a side of fresh greens. We ordered one of their strawberry pies to go and it was good. They do have a small variety of desserts to choose from. Overall, not bad. It would’ve been better if I had realized that the side of fresh greens was actually a side salad of sorts instead of fresh veggies steamed like some places serve. Knowing that though, I will ask next time if I can substitute that for something else or else I’ll just order the entrees that doesn’t come with fresh greens since I don’t eat most salads and I would hate for it to go to waste.
