Good food bad service. We love to come to lunch here, the food is excellent. The owner is awsome, very sweet. The one bad thing that makes us not want to come back is the cashier. She is very very rude, makes you wait to order but when she finally sees you she hurries you so much it makes you feel rushed. Before I even got my change from paying she was taking the next order in line. Getting a cashier that acted like they cared and wanted to be here would make this place a much better experience. Stuffed olive may be the better choice until she has an attitude change or is no longer there.
Customer. I work really close to this place. Love their food but the service is horrible… The person who runs the place does not have any kind of work discipline. They open whenever they want. They have a schedule posted on the door and also tell you their times of operation on their voice mail but they do not follow it. This is a HUGE inconvenience for people specially when they have a lunch limit. If they would only be kind enough to post a sign that tells clients they will be close so people dont wait around to see if someone shows up to open the place. Not to mention how it takes them forever to answer their phone. People have to call many many times. This is not the first time, 2nd or 3rd these two issues happened. Its been done many times to myself and co-workers. Their food is good but not good enough for me to give money to someone that disrespects clients in manner. I would tell the owner if she doesn’t want to work, sell the business to someone that WILL work and respect their customers.
Enjoyed lunch. I had the tomato basil soup, and it doesn’t compare to description read in another review; it was hearty and good. I ordered the chicken salad on gluten free bread, and it also had a good flavor and texture. The restaurant had run out of turkey for sandwiches. I would have probably run to the store for more, rather than leave additional customers unhappy. I liked the physical atmosphere, the cost of the food was reasonable, the rasberry tea was not tasty ( I would order water next time), and staff was generally accommodating.
Still can’t like it. This place is close to me so I want to like it, but I just can’t. The tomato basil soup I ordered was the downfall for me. It tasted like a can of crushed tomatoes with a couple shakes of dried basil. Food is below panera bread, pasta salad drowned in balsamic. Ceaser salad had globs of dressing. Just can’t like this place, this was the third time I’ve been in and I think it’ll be my last.
Fave lunch spot in Moore. Never had anything here I didn’t like. Very small place and tables are really close together – sure wish they’d expand. (their place and their hours)Big fan!
Great for takeout too!. I’ve dined in, but with a fussy baby boy, I usually get takeout for me and my dad (sometimes for hubby too). I love love love their Mediterranean Chicken sammy with pasta salad. I can not get enough of their pasta salad. Whoever said it was nasty has a poor taste palate, even my son loves it! Anyways, the service has always been friendly and the food is always delicious! I love how they give you so much food compared to another similar restaurant. Definitely, like Two Olives Better than The Stuffed Olive.
Two Olives….yummy . Hidden in a brick building in Old Town Moore on Broadway is this little gem of a resturaunt. It was very clean and the waitress and owner were very friendly. The atmosphere and decor are kind of like a tea room with a Tuscan flair. I had the roast beef sandwich and the pasta salad and it was worth every penny. I will definitely will be going back there again and would recommend this little place to all that are looking for freshly made food and a great atmosphere. I give it .
