We love this place. They have the best selection of appetizers around. Excellent prices- and service. One of our favorites in the area. We sat at the sushi bar and watched them at work and were very impressed with their culinary skills! Also gave us a complimentary crab stick appetizer.

This is a decent sushi joint. I can’t say it’s any better/worse, but I enjoy they have Coke products! I tried the BBQ squid, edamame, crab wonton and some assorted sushi rolls. One unique trick I learned is to combine eel sauce with soy sauce. It’s amazing to dip the sushi into! The BBQ squid was incredible! I’ll probably be back!

The sushi is really good here. Although I’m not a fan of EVERY roll on the menu having tempura shrimp in it so we do a lot of custom rolls and sashimi. We have given them 2 tries at Hibachi. They don’t cook it in front of you but instead they cook it in a kitchen which isn’t a big deal to us except that the first time, we have waited an hour and as we kept asking about it you could tell they were just forgetting it or screwed something up but wouldn’t admit it….once we finally got our meals…they were cold. We were more than peeved about it. We thought since that was a busy night we would give it one more shot on a slow night. Not impressed then either. It just wasn’t good. I’d rather just stick to the sushi here if we get invited to eat here and just get hibachi at our more reliable and consistent options like GoGo Sushi (which we much prefer over Volcano)

Very good rolls. Family and I enjoy finding different places to eat around Okc area and was very pleased with volcano. Awesome service with wonderful food. Highly recommend.

Had three bottles of hot sake. Two seaweed salads, a Spider-Man roll and a sashimi dinner that came with a ginger salad and of course, miso soup. Everything arrived in a timely manner and tasted fresh, sweet, and refreshing to my tastebuds. I love coming here as an option to Gogo sushi which is closed Monday’s. Their sashimi is the best- fresh with huge pieces served on a bowl of crushed ice and radish shavings. Simply wonderful !

My first visit. I sat at the small bar and observed the chefs preparing delightful looking sushi plates. One of the chefs handed me a sample of crispy crab (if I heard him correctly) which was a nice surprise. I ordered the hibachi shrimp dinner ($14.95). The pre-meal items consisted of miso soup, a tangy cucumber salad, and a crisp garden salad. Lisa, my server, convinced me to try the homemade creme Brulee ($5.95). Fabulous! Bottled beer, saki, and wine are available. The staff is friendly and attentive. And the food is mity tasteeeeee!

Sashimi, sushi, are my personal passions at Volcanoes. My mother, & husband ask to go for the steak, & chicken on the hibachi choice. My twins (3yr) love it all. Nice place to go, & they know our faces as we walk in the door. Only wish it was a bigger dining space
