Though I give it a 4 rating I do want to share a not ideal experience. But first let me say that the Quail Springs location is spacious, well lit, and has relatively comfortable seating options. I feel like the desserts are over priced but all in all I think most shops let Starbucks set the pricing standards so everyone tries to price accordingly. I’ve enjoyed a tasty wrap as well as a few teas. My main complaint comes from a more recent visit when I ordered straight from the menu. There were approximately 3 things that I didn’t feel were ideal. 1) because I was told they were understaffed the two workers on that were present were rushing through orders and I just have a personal thing about food and service being handled in a hurried and ‘stressed’ manner. 2) I was told that since they were to start their closing duties early order had to be put in a to go cup. Again call it a ‘first world’ complaint but if you look at the photo in the menu and the result of what I was handed (which I provided a photo of) it was very underwhelming. 3) My honest real complaint was that the photo showed and the MENU SAID (also provided a photo) ‘topped with toasted pecans.’ And when my drink came with none, (which I figured was a result of the rush job) and I went to request they be put on. I was told ‘the menu is wrong and I really wish they would change that.’ That being said I was provided with a mini sprinkle of pecans. But having someone prepare something in a way contrary to both writing and photos is agitating and my only negative score on this app to date was from another such scenario in a different establishment. All that being said, the workers are typically very friendly, the study atmosphere is good despite the occasional large animated groups, and I would recommend anyone looking for a late evening study option to check it out.

Although you need to visit it more than once before you make a final judgment!A few recommendations: the fresh fruit crapes are delicious, start off with the love rather than passion size for the beverages, try the afogato at least once, prior to making your mind take a look at the dessert items located behind the counter.Downside? Even though they stay open till very late, they close the full menu kitchen at 9:00 pm –

A new refreshing spot. Some unique, high quality tea and coffee beverages, the dessert I had was very nice. My Chai tea was served in a nice fine China type cup. The menu of sushi and other offerings look good, I will definitely try next time.
