Fun night! We went to Bacon! It was quaint. Perfect size in my opinion for a bacon themed restaurant. Food was YUM. Of course it’s hard to go wrong with Terry had the bacon wrapped chicken strip sandwich and I had the candied, spicy bacon Gouda chicken sandwich (say that 5 times fast). Both were great. I would have liked a little more substance and melt to my Gouda but I’m an admitted cheeseaholic. I highly recommend Bacon for date night, girls night, friends night or really any night you’re hungry for good food. They had lots of neat drinks on the menu also, but we stuck with H2O this time. Location is where Sean Cummings used to be, right next to Vito’s on May. The pork belly mac and cheese is good. Very rich and very cheesy. The bacon on top was a little too crispy for my liking, but I dipped it in the cheese to moisten it. The mozzarella, tomato, bacon, balsamic tower appetizer was delicious. The spicy bacon chicken sandwich was dry. Overall average experience. Worth trying out if you like bacon. Unique drink options available. A little pricey.
