Finger foods and bowling…now here’s some good ol’ family-fashion fun. And with the decor -a blast from the past, with accents from late 60’s and early 70’s and a touch of nostalgia, you can’t go wrong. Steeee-rike! Great service and attentive staff. Good enough to bring our Christmas Party back for more -Jesus….where’s the Tylenol…hallelujah! The best thing about Dust Bowl….it’s actually affordable and the food is on the plus side! I was cracking up with our Sleepover platter order. Great throwback and memories. It’s the one thing Red Pin couldn’t compete with. Plus side is, once you’ve thrown your arm out slinging a 20lbs ball down a lane over and over, you can self-medicate upstairs with their friendly German neighbor, F.H. 🙂
Very fun place to go bowling. The times I went we rented out a private lane and the staff was very friendly. We could also jam out to our own music in the room which made it more fun for us. The sleepover platter is good. The tator tots definitely reminds me of childhood cafeteria food so crispy.
I decided to throw my husband a surprise birthday and chose Dust Bowl as my location. It’s trendy and the atmosphere is fun, different and engaging. I reserved a room which comes with 2 lanes, shoes for 8 and accommodates 15-18 guests comfortably. It was $100/hour for the room with a 2 hour minimum and you also have your own server. It is located right by the bar, so easy for guests tocome and go with drinks. Annie was wonderful to work with, prompt and provided all information efficiently! When we arrived there was some sort of leak in the carpet, really it wasn’t a big deal, but they took a significant amount off of our tab. Can you say BROWNIE POINTS? The food alone is worth the visit. You absolutely must try the brussel sprouts.
Great atmosphere and great food and drinks. The bartender on ground level talked exclusively to another guy at the bar who already had their drink for 10 min. He made eye contact with me and wife several times and ignored us plain and simple. The bouncer told us to get out at 1:40 which was 3 min after last call. Service staff are very immature and rude. Huge turn off although there is potential if better employees hired
The atmosphere is fun, but the food is what you would expect from a bowling alley.
