  Hit & Miss. I have a love-hate relationship with Little Caesar’s. I’ve been eating at Little Caesars for years and you just never know what you’re going to get. Sometimes they are very generous with toppings, cheese and they’re all dispersed evenly across the pie. Other times, the toppings look like they’ve been chopped by a two-year old and thrown on to the pizza as its tossed in the oven.You can’t beat the bang for your buck, but there are other places nearby that offer much higher quality pizza for slightly higher cost. When you’re in a hurry and you want a $5 pizza, this is the place though. My suggestion to the management is, improve your quality control and ensure your employees don’t look like they just rolled out of bed and into a pan of flour.

  It’s all about the prep. $5 has destroyed this company’s rep. I worked at a caesar’s as a teen so maybe I’m biased. But with the proper prep and proofing of the dough + cook time and temp makes a fantastic pizza. Everything made fresh including the sauce. And every once in awhile (you must call ahead and make a special order, hot & ready is for chumps) you will get a great pie from someone who gives half a s*** about your food. The problem is lack of discipline on behalf of the management, company wide. It’s evident in the dirty appearance and demeanor of the staff. And total lack of food quality of the time.All that being said I still have a caesar fix from time to time. I just call in and make a very specific order. Extra cheese and light sauce is always a must.
