Good tacos. We were looking for an authentic Mexican place that would not be such a long or scary drive for us, and decided to take a chance on this place. Great street food! We ordered the beef tacos (carne asada on corn tortillas) and a beef burrito without all the spice for our young daughter. It was really good, especially with the carrots, taco sauce, and lime. We’ve been plotting on how we can get back there soon… So good.

Lately this restuarant has gone down. I got bad service from the waitress and she couldn’t even answer my question. The food quality was not as good.

Tasty, friendly. You’ll find completely authentic taqueria food here. Choose your meat, poultry or fish and have it made into a taco, torta, gordita, burrito or whatever. The proteins are properly cooked in traditional style with a little seasoning. Onions, peppers, cheese, and such are added according to your desire. But the real flavor kicker is found in the accompanying salsas, which you add at the table to suit your personal heat and taste preferences, just as in Mexico. I really enjoy the chorizo preparation here because it’s much less greasy than at many places. They also have a good selection of agua frescas–fruit juice drinks–and horchata, a creamy rice-based beverage. Service is very friendly in this converted Dairy Queen building.
