Today @ ou medical Presbyterian I had the Peruvian beef stew. This was perfect for the cold whether. The roast and potatoes were very tender. However there were way to many spices In this dish. It was almost too spicy to eat. But overall it was good beef stew. The grilled veggies were great just too many eggplants.01 Nov, 2013Omg say good bye to Hospital food being gross and say hello to great flavorful hospital food. I had the pork lion, dirty rice and roasted potatoes. If ever @ the ou medical Presbyterian hospital go to the lower level for lunch. Oh and when you do, get there b4 2pm.This food goes fast.
