Glad I finally tried it! I had the half chicken. The rice and beans that came with it were really good, but the chicken itself was amazing. Just over 8 bucks with tax, good deal.

Had the Half Chicken. It Was Delicious. Came with the Rice and Beans and Great Sauces. Half Chicken grilled with spices, tortillas, Beans, Rice, and sauces (fresca salsa and tomatilla? salsa). Also purchased a mexican coke.

Really good food and it is freshly made. But be prepared as nobody speaks a word of English. They have pictures of each item on the menu, be sure to try the chicken it’s great.

Tasty!. Had the burrito today and it was awesome. The guacamole that came with it was really fresh tasting and the rice had a good flavor (not the bland mess with tomatoes that you get at some places). One thing to mention though is that the place is cash only. I was lucky that I actually had some money today or I’d have had to go elsewhere for lunch.

South Western Location. I had lunch at the south location today and enjoyed it very much, I ordered the Medio Pollo plate #16 on the menu, which is a half grilled chicken that is delivered already chunked up into large pieces, to make it a little easier to handle. It came with beans, rice, tortillas, onion and two types of salsa ,red(mild) green(spicy) the beans had onion, tomato, and some other things , added to them that made it sort of a soup, it was very good. I’ll go back and try something different next time, I would certainly recomend it, they have a daily spec. that is one-fourth chicken, for lighter appetites also.

Excellent Mexican chicken. This is a restaurant that serves mostly Mexican-barbecued chicken, although a couple of red meat dishes are available. The chicken is wonderful. It has a great charcoaled crust of Latin American seasonings and plenty of internal juices. These chicken meals are served with three salsas of varying heat levels and even different consistencies–velvet, chunky, and liquid. The tomatillo and pepito salsa has the most heat and best flavor. The liquidy tomato salsa has the least heat. A lime half is also provided to brighten your bites of chicken. Highly spiced whole pinto beans accompanying the meals are among the best-flavored in Oklahoma City. The heat in these beans is enough to get your attention, but it won’t clear you sinuses. The beans can serve as a soup or a side. A sweet, nicely steamed whole white onion comes with some meals. A very tame rice is offered and serves as a respite from chile heat if needed. A broad selection of Mexican aguas–fruit drinks–can also cool your tongue. Here you order at the counter, find a table and wait for your meal to be delivered. By far most customers here are Spanish-speaking despite the location’s removal from the city’s traditional Hispanic enclave.
