  This place has everything that I like about Coolgreens but you get more food and larger portions for your money. The selection of greens, chopped vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, dressings, and proteins is as deep as Coolgreens. However, when you order a Coolgreens build-your-own salad, you are limited to 5 toppings. Here there is no limit. I ordered a salad with some of their pit turkey. I liked the turkey because it has a smoky flavor and they cut it in 1-inch square cubes so that you have something to sink your teeth into. I also liked that they give you a generous serving (at least compared with Coolgreens).For a dressing, I ordered the classic Caesar dressing. It was as good as any other Caesar dressing that I have had. It was also distinct from others that I have bought from the store. When it came time to choose bread to go with my salad, I opted for the multi-grain roll. It comes with some seeds on top to add some extra texture and flavor. It was also more like a croissant than a roll – nice and flaky inside. My only complaint is that the pickled jalapenos don’t pack any punch. They would do better with some raw jalapenos, jarred chipotle peppers, or shaved raw habaneros.At $11.00, it wasn’t the cheapest lunch, but it was healthy and it is a savings over Coolgreens.

  Nice open space. Located in a healthy living oriented shopping center. Fresh ingredients. Salad tasted good. May find yourself with a relatively higher bill for a salad due to all the itemized add on costs. Conceptually similar to Cool Greens. I believe a selection of one vs the other would be based off of personal preference as opposed to distinguishable dining features or experience.
