Not impressiveI. It’s amazingly cheap and the portions are huge. But the food is NOT GOOD! I had the asada taco with rice and beans. The rice tasted plain, beans were still stiff and not well cooked and the taco was nothing special! It was cheap and probably better than a fast food, but still, NOT GOOD! I’ve had much better food (and even amazing food) with the same price in other latin american/mexican restaurants in the neighborhood!

It’s not gonna change the world, but it’s a pretty tasty addition to the Hugo’s and Los Comales part of it.

Tis good…. A quaint little place that previously was a BBQ joint then for awhile was a Bolivian food place, now its an authentic Mexican taco joint.I ordered a rather conservative selection of carne asada tacos (beef). They serve other items which you generally dont see in Tex-Mex restaurants, such as Tortas (a sandwich), Mulitas (kind of like a quesadilla), and a very good looking bowl of Caldo De Res (mexican soup). I’m going to have to go back for that soup, Caldo is my favorite! Don’t forget to order a Jarritos Mexican soda to go with your food, they’re sweetened with sugar, not corn syrup so they’re 100 times better than American soda.
