I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. Ted’s is the normal go-to Mexican restaurant, especially since this location is closer to my house, but not anymore. I ordered through Door Dash, which I’ve never had issues with their service. I received a confirmation e-mail stating that Ted’s received my order at 1:44PM. The DD driver got there around 2:20 and the order was not ready, they said that their computers went down, which I don’t know if I believe or not. So, the order is then put in at 2:24PM, per my receipt, and it’s not ready until just after three- I ordered two enchiladas with rice and beans, which should take all of 7 minutes to make. So, I finally receive my order at about 3:15 and this is what it looks like- it looks like complete slop.. you can’t tell that there are enchiladas in there and the rice is just piled on the beans and those are piled over the enchiladas. It’s time to go back to Hidalgo’s.
