I have eaten at the Thai Orchid 5 different times with my husband and with a friend. The food is so good! I have never gotten a bad dish. They are a family owned and operated restaurant. We live in Yukon but would drive out of my way to eat here if I had to. Try it you won’t be disappointed!
So excited to FINALLY have a thai restaurant in the yukon/mustang area. I frequent a lot of Thai restaurants and this one is pretty good. I’ve tried some of the fried rice, noodle, and stir fry dishes and none have disappointed. I’ve only been able to try one curry so far, and while it wasn’t as good as a curry from a place like Panang it was still very good. My favorite so far is the Evil Jungle Princess. Very good stir fry dish and it’s been hard for me to try other dishes since discovering that one.
My wife and I decided to try the new Thai restaurant in Yukon. Did I mention Yukon finally having Thai food? We ordered take out and picked it up quick. The pad Thai I ordered was a 1 spice which tasted good and fresh. I did need more spice which I happen to stock a plethora of Asian spices. We will go back soon for more options.
This small Thai shop opened about a month ago. The food is outstanding. Fresh veggies and the curries are made from scratch. I’ve had the Massaman Curry with Chicken, Garlic lover stir fry with pork, and pork pot stickers. My wife and I also enjoyed their mango sticky rice. BTW, spice levels are 1-3 and two will be enough for most people I think. I love supporting local businesses and having a GOOD Thai place so close to the house is great!
I am so excited to have a Thai restaurant in Yukon. The food here is delicious and we will be back! We ordered the lunch portions of Massaman Curry and Red Curry, as well as the Mango Sticky Rice. Everything was perfect and the cook makes all of her sauces from scratch.
Great experience at Thai Orchid tonight! Friendly service, fast take-out and fresh and tasty ingredients! Happy to have a good Thai place in the Yukon area!
Great Thai restaurant! Nice to have in the West OKC/Yukon/Mustang area. The food is fresh and tastes great, service is excellent, and they have a reasonably priced lunch menu with a smaller proportion that is just perfect!
