  Horrible. This is the worst frozen yogurt place I have been too. I don’t recall that all Cherry Berry’s are like this, but this one is awful. None of the others made any impression. This places yogurt just taste old or bad first off, which is the most important thing. I have tried various flavors and we have been there a handful of times. They all taste like the have gone bad. Then, it’s messy and it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow. The cashier is fast enough, but not friendly. No one at this location has been friendly. They don’t bother to tell you that they have any rewards programs. All the other frozen yogurt establishments that I have been to tell you about the rewards from the start or ask when you place your order if you have a rewards card. The cashier acted like she did not have a clue what I was talking about after having to ask her about the rewards program there. This place is horrible and if there was a orange leaf around Cherry Berry would be out of customers. There are also a ton of other frozen yogurt places that I have been that are not chains that are also wonderful, but I was just to compare apples to apples Orange Leaf is by far better. Its above and beyond anything this place could do.
