Unprofessional waiters. Waited FOREVER for my food. Never going back.27 Aug, 2013Me and my husband decided to eat here during one day which happpened to be a very busy day & the waiter took our order without writing it down and said she’ll remember our order by heart. We waited for an HOUR for our food & when we received our food my husband dish was wrong so he had to wait for ANOTHER hr to get his food! The waiter said she wont charge us for my husband dish so we got a little ok with it. Check came to be around $15 something, but after two days later I checked my checking account and Ihop charged me for $28 something. The waiter lied to us. SLOW SERVICE, BAD SERVERS & FOOD WAS OKAY. Never going back to that Ihop ever again.
I have had this IHop many times and normally have no problems. Sadly on this occasion I had a terrible experience. We waited over an hour for our food and saw our waiter maybe twice. The food was cold and the manager refused to come talk to our table. However, the waitress named Kelsie was extremely helpful and picked up where our waiter lacked. She continually went to tables to try and satisfy customers and did the managers job to soothe the problems.
Service here is horrible. Waited too long to be seated, too long for our food and my husband never got a drink refill (that will lose a waiter his tip in my husbands book).
Terrible terrible terrible service! The entire wait staff needs to be revamped! I have never had this problem with any other ihop just this Owasso location!!! Never again!
There is a reason this place has a horrible rating. Learning my lesson again.
Slow service and dirty, couldn’t get anyone to take money and manager acted out out having to cash out ticket.
Hmmm. I do not understand the previous reviews …Every time we have visited this IHOP over the past 3 years we have always had excellent service along with excellent food. The prices are average for the area. There is always something on the menu for everyone and always end up with a go box. Any few and far between problems have always been corrected.
