Pho is owned by an older asian couple. They are probably the rudest and most disrespectful people ive ever met. Regardless of that, the chinese entres are extremely small especially if you order chicken. They do not know how to run a business and they do not know how to give good customer service. There is a place not even a mile away called China Wok if you are looking for some real chinese food. Portions are huge, the workers and owners are extremely helpfull and nice, prices are great, food is great I recommend china wok over pho any day.
Good food!. To be fair, the service was less than exceptional. However, the food was outstanding. This is based on the two dishes we had, the Sichuan Chicken and the Beef Pho. The Sichuan Chicken was, hands down, the best I have tried here in Tulsa and in surrounding areas. The brown sauce that covered the chicken and perfectly done veggies was savory and spicy without being too hot. It was easily the best I have had (and yes, I do travel overseas, and around the country).The Beef Pho was wonderful. Pho IS about the broth. This was subtle, flavorful and complex. I was instantly won over. Don’t skip this place!
The food is great! Their cheese wontons are amazing! The service is a bit slow but that is to account that they have very few staff. Their staff work hard to get the food to the table and try to clean up quick. I will definitely eat there again.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. This was the worst service I have ever had, and didn’t even receive the meal I ordered. I witnessed the owner telling another patron after he complained about his meal in which I think he received my Schezwan Chicken and was told there was nothing wrong with it and to just eat it. I will never eat here again. No one could even get a drink refill and there were tables full of dishes and the floors were very dirty which makes me question what the kitchen looks like.
Horrible Experiance. The service was not only slow, we never got a single drink refilled at the table. We ordered the crispy salted squid which came out with fried jalapenos and so much pepper you could not eat it. After trying 2 to 3 pieces we told the owner it was inedible. The waitress had taken it to the back and we were told we ate half of the meal and they would charge us half. When the meal was brought back out half of the squid had been removed by someone in the back and she charged us for the entire thing. We also heard another man complain and he was told to just eat the meal as it was how it was suppose to be. I have now seen in other posts they do this with anyone who complains so be aware if you get a bad meal you will still be charged for it. I’m never going back.
Food good service horrible.. This was my first dining experence at Pho. The food was good, had the Pho chicken and order 2 orders of egg rolls. Dining experience took 1.5 hours for three of us on a slow day. The other 2 people dining with me, were finished before my food was even delivered. The server deliver only 2 egg rolls and we had to wait for the other 2. Three of us eating, and hungry and one had to wait. I will try one more time in the future as the food was good, but service like this again, and it will be the last.
