Normally a Bueno fan. I love Taco Bueno. Always. And I have eaten at numerous different locations and always had good luck. However, this Bueno (116th in Owasso) was horrible tonight. The place looks great. It’s relatively new and clean and always super busy (expect to wait). But the food was bad, all of it. One member of my family had chicken soft tacos that consisted of a lot of very watery lettuce that dripped all over and a couple small pieces of cold chicken. No cheese. No tomatoes. No taste. Another member had a beef burrito that dripped grease everywhere. The whole bottom quarter of the tortilla was grease-soaked. We also had a black bean burrito that was mostly very mushy rice and what appeared to be refried beans. There were a couple of whole black beans in the burrito but very few. For a burrito that is called the black bean burrito, we expected black beans to be a big part of the burrito. We ordered sour cream on that one and the very last bite had cream in it, but none of the rest of it did. The final item I brought home today was $3 steak fajita tacos. What a joke. They consisted of two small pieces of steak each with a little melted cheese in a small tortilla. I can honestly say that I have never been to a Bueno where everything we all ate was bad. Sure sometimes a burrito doesn’t get made perfectly, but overall the meal is always pretty good. Not this time. I surely will not be eating at the 116th street store again, and can’t recommend it all all. Hit the other store on 86th. It’s always been good.

YUCK. Disgusting bland cold old food.
I order some platter with rice, beans, enchiladas and a taco. Rice was old. Beans bland. And the it all became a pile of mush from all the grease in my enchiladas and tacos. Couldn’t eat much. Waste of money and left hungry.
