Plain 1950s Decor, Tasty Food. Chicken-spinach wrap is my favorite, though everything is made, if possible, using local produce and served promptly. Wife and I especially like the first and third Friday evenings when the Lost and Found Jazz Orchestra plays while we eat a specially prepared feature.
Excellent food, using local produce. An unassuming former drug store location on Shawnee’s main street, the Owl Shoppe offers excellent menu choices, often made from local produce. I particularly like the spinach quesidillas and the chicken tortillini soup (sp?}. Quick service by the couple that runs the Shoppe. Not to be missed are the first and third Friday suppers, usually accompanied by jazz from the Lost and Found Orchestra. Our favorite place in Shawnee.
Fresh and Tasty. Asparagus salad to die for. Wraps and soup like no other. Atmosphere a little iffy but clean and best food in town.
THE OLDE OWL SHOPPE IS FRESH AND AMAZING. The owl shoppe has fresh, healthy, homemade foods. They have the best soups, salads, and sandwiches we’ve ever eaten. The flavors are amazing, Mandi always leaves a wonderful taste in my mouth. I get full and still feel good because its healthy and delicious. My favorites are the Veggie delight sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. thanks owl shoppe for bringing something fresh and new to downtown shawnee.
Less than OK… The ham sandwich was good but the chocolate malt was terrible…
