We had the Burnt Ends and Pulled Pork Nachos. The Nacho was pretty good. The Burnt Ends were tasty but they were just brisket and sauce. The okra was bland but the potato salad was great!
Not Going Back. I have been to Bad Brads a few times before and I was always pleased with the food and wait staff. My mom was visiting from another state and I wanted to take her to a good BBQ joint. We were greeted and sat but we had no waitress for at least 20 minutes. We ordered, got our food, and when we were finished, our waitress never once stopped by our table but yet visited her 2 other tables. She FINALLY came by and put the check on the table but never even offered dessert to us like she had her 2 other tables. Well we ended up ordering desert and again when it came time to pay we never received our check. We finally got up and went to the front where she then greeted us but with a nasty attitude. My mother and I are both servers so we know the business. I have NEVER not tipped a server but the experience was just ridiculous and a terrible first one at that for my mom. That experience was enough to make me not want to return. Thank you to the waitress that ruined it for us.
The food is good, but…… I have always liked the food, but the dining area isn’t as nice as it used to be. The clear coat on the tables is breaking down and becoming tacky and nasty looking. The red and white curtains are becoming orange and very dirty. In all fairness, I haven’t been in the kitchen or restrooms, but the dining area could sure use some attention.

Used to love this place, but service is awful. We’ve been going here for a long time, and used to love this place. However, service has been declining for the last year and last night was the last straw. Our waitress only checked on us one time right after we got our food. We sat there with empty drinks for over 15 minutes. We couldn’t even get her to look at us. The hostess, who should have helped us the numerous times she walked by our table and saw us with empty drinks and being obviously upset was too busy trying to prep for the next day so she could leave at close. The other waitress was too busy flirting with the young men at the other table to bother helping us. Our waitress didn’t even bother apologizing when we finally checked out. And don’t bother getting your order to go. The visit before we ordered to go and they gave us half the quantity they normally give during dine in, but charged us the same. Avoid this place unless you’re ok with horrible service.
Awesome barbecue! The place is a little out of town and not easy to find but it is delicious! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Cowboy beans are great!
