Just a bad experience all over. The first time I went to this restaurant the employee was nice, cheerful and very helpful. This time was horrible. To start off the service was unpleasant, there was an older guy and I assume is the owner from reading other people’s comments, and his wife who were angry looking and acted impatient while my boyfriend and I looked at the menu. The other time I came in I ordered the sweet potato fries and they were amazing. This time the bill for the sweet potato fries were an extra 6 bucks but they were so good previously I wasn’t going make a big deal about it. However, when I got home the fries were mushy and just a big pile of oil. I also had a very soggy pulled pork sandwich ( to soggy I couknt eat the bread and I’m not a super picky person) and my boyfriend ordered a rib sandwich which was just 2 whole ribs on a bun…. He thought it would be shredded rib meat to eat as a sandwich but no, just 2 dry bone-in ribs. Order was $24 bucks and was horrible. I will never go back.
Long time customer. The worst possible wait staff around…and very dry ribs way over smoked. This used to be the best place. Gave this particular slicer another chance he is, customer service challenged. He ran me and another customer out the door, the other customer left because of the way the wait staff was talking to me. I will not be back.
Weird and Awful. The wait staff does NOT want to be bothered with having to prepare your meal. Don’t order the steak. It was frozen solid and was delivered to our table 25 minutes after we had gotten an order of BBQ from the serving line. It was the weirdest and worst dining experience we’ve had in a long time. That said, we loved the smoked bologna.
Disappointed. Weird atmosphere, food not that good.

This place was awful, the pulled pork had gone bad and everything else tasted like something you would get from a school cafeteria.
The best thing at the strip is the badwitch it’s pulled pork with a hotlink in a bun and it’s amazing very good!
