Always had good food & service at this location, however the one on Perkins Rd. is horrible.
Unimpressed. Guac was NOT fresh, fajitas were WAY greasy and the beef had lots of stringy white fat in it. Yuck, never again.
I’m in Stillwater for a college visit for my son, and our family tradition is to eat Mexican food on Friday nights. I was impressed. Not the same as home in San Antonio, but pleasantly excellent. Wait staff was great, and I think they appreciated that we spoke to them exclusively in Spanish. I would recommend them to anyone!
Favortie Mexican in Stillwater. El Tapatio is friendly, and delish. The vegetarian fajitas are amazing. Where else can I find a vegetarian platter so filling? The mushroom quesadillas are also one of the best meals I’ve ever had!
One of my favorites in town!. I love this place! The service is always prompt and whilw not everything on the menu is amazing, it’s not hard to hit a home run! Their Quesadilas (sp?) are to die for! Good Prices too!
Great Food. Don’t listen to those other loooooosers who said bad things about this place, they obviously don’t appreciate authentic mexican food. :-DWe ordered a variety of foods. The enchiladas weren’t that tasty, and the chili relleno was lackluster, but the tamales were great. And that brings us to the Molcajete. The Molcajete was awesome. If you are entertaining out-of-towners in Stilly, go to El Tapatio and order a couple of those steaming lavarock bowls. Very well seasoned.
I really like Mexican food but will not be eating here again. The food seemed to have been made earlier in the day and then just half way warmed up. The service was ok though. Probably the worst enchiladas I’ve ever had.
