Stale bread. I am not a huge fan of burger but I often eat Johnny Rockets burger. Today I had a burger for my lunch but found molds on one side of the bread. Returned half eaten burger, complained about it. A lady (may be manager) came out and told me that white thing(mold in stale bread) is flour. They did not even replace that with fresh one. $6 is not gonna give them all the happiness. So I could not resist myself walking out.

No Thanks.. I have tried this place twice to make sure I actually don’t like it, and it was just as awful the second time. I got a cheeseburger and onion rings both times, and both times they were repulsive. The onion rings were terrible… I mean it almost tastes like they are trying to copy burger kings onion rings. And the burger was so greasy and the bacon wasn’t even cooked all the way. Even the coke was awful because apparently they don’t change out their sodas. The only thing positive I can say about the place is I like the old fashioned vibe to it. Theres always great oldies music playing and it’s usually pretty clean. Trust me avoid eating here.
We love the johnny rockets we have visited on the west coast but this franchise at OSU is awful. Service is bad. Repeatedly got my husband’s order Wrong even after they repeated it back to him correctly multiple times. We probably wont be back.
Terrible. I ordered a Caesar Salad – it tasted like it was pre-made and then they put the entire salad in a microwave to heat it up. Worst lunch ever.
The food is way too greasy and it’s not delicious. The line is also too long. You can get a better food with the same price from other restaurants at the union.
