When there is so much white wine in the shrimp scampi that I can taste it AFTER you have cooked it then it is no good. Asparagus was undercooked & had a crunch to it.
I was very disappointed with my visit. I normally don’t go to Olive Garden because every time I do, I’m always not satisfied however, I had never visited this one and decided to try one last time. The hostesses were kind and so was the waitress, but the service was terribly slow. They were busy at first considering we got there around 8 but even as tables were leaving we waited a long time between receiving food, and getting our check. On top of that, I always order chicken Parmesan and I substitue Alfredo sauce for the marinara. She offered to also substitue the spaghetti noodles for linguine so I agreed. What I got was about a cups worth of linguine and Alfredo, and my chicken still had the marinara on it. I scraped it off my chicken and didn’t say anything, but she didn’t ask either. Maybe I’m just picky, but either way, I won’t be returning. It’s not worth $40 for two people and mediocre Italian food.
