Pleasantly surprised. I had the two-meat combo with shredded brisket and pork ribs. With sides and TX toast, it was a decent amount of food, for about $12. Everything tasted good. I will definitely go back.
Always Good. We’ve eaten at this particular RC a number of time since it first opened. We always find the service good and the food great. Love the smoked brisket. You can’t go wrong with this dish. Also the Chopped Brisket. We were there last night. The place was packed. The manager was out there waiting tables and helping his staff the whole time we were there. Our waiter was new, just his second night. The manager made sure that everyone in the new guy’s section was well taken care of. I only wish that RC still served a smoked chicken breast with the marinade they have switched to. While the marinaded breast is good, it does not replace that nicely smoked chicken breast they use to serve.
