Went there for dinner since we were feeling for breakfast food and it was pretty late. Saw good reviews for the place. As soon as we walked in, we knew we made a mistake. The interior is your general greasy diner look and feel after it’s been in business for far too long and some things have been neglected, like sanitation. I got a breakfast burrito and she had ham and eggs with biscuits and gravy. Burrito was good for the price, nothing spectacular but not bad. Ham was pretty salty. The oddest part was that their gravy looked and tasted like boxed gravy that they didn’t try really making. There was literally no pepper in the gravy and it was just like liquid cement. No flavor to it, and not very nice to look at. Both of us felt a big sick to our stomachs afterwards, and will not return to the place. If you are drunk and wanting some cheap breakfast food, then this is your place, but if you’re sober stay far away.
Love the food and the old school diner feel! Breakfast and burgers are always good. Friendly staff, quick service. You can go on your lunch break and get in and out pretty quickly.
Delicious diner food. Get the chicken fried steak, it is really big and delicious. Cant wait to eat there again. Sometimes I get the country breakfast and that always fills me up. Good coffee too.
Just like a Waffle House, I don’t know how they pass their food safety inspections. The cook’s big bellies drag their aprons over the food they are preparing. They don’t wear gloves, they both have beards and don’t wear hair nets. They lay buns on the disgusting counter, they lay cooking utensils on the counter, they lay all sorts of things on the counter but the counter is disgusting. This place should be shut down.
