Don’t get it to go order from here because they won’t get it right and then when you ask them to just give you some the stuff they left off the role they tell you that you didn’t order it right the first time. Won’t be back. I have eaten at the Sushi House a couple of times, and the food was pretty good. I went to eat a late lunch last week (about 1pm) and the service was terrible. There were plenty of folks working (although they seemed to mainly be on their phones) and there were about 3 other tables. We waited about 15 minutes for a waiter to take our order and then another 30 minutes to be served cold egg drop soup (yuk). After waiting longer, and longer we finally left without eating. I left $5 on the table to cover the cold soup—we were there well over an hour. I won’t be back.
Although the service was subpar the couple times that I have been to Sushi House, the sushi was fantastic. It’s definitely the best in Stillwater. Their hibachi is just average though. I haven’t been in a couple of months due to summer break, but I expect to go soon with the hope that the service is improved.
Terrible Service!!!. Been there 3 times and ordered out once. They had horrible service all 4 times, and the manager/owner doesn’t seem to care.

Not happy with my experience tonight. The food was good but almost not even worth the time we spent waiting for it. Our waitress never checked on us and our water glasses were filled once towards the end of our meal.
Poorly managed. I ate here once in 2012; the experience was so thoroughly mediocre that I’ve never been back (food entirely average; wine was exceptionally bad; atmosphere ok, even nice). This week I decided to give it a second chance: since I arrived in town late, I swung by to order carry out. I pulled up around 9:00 and a couple was standing outside with a hopeless look that indicated they’d been waiting a very long time. I went in and the place seemed bustling. I was given a friendly greeting, then told that they couldn’t take my order because it was after 9:00 and they’d run out of rice in any case at 8:40. Poor management on both fronts: 1) as a sushi restaurant, don’t run out of rice; 2) if the kitchen is clearly still open, then take the order!
