I hadn’t been to Sushi House since they moved from downtown – thought I’d try them again.I won’t be going back.The food was mediocre (sushi sampler for my wife, spicy combo for me.) The spicy combo is about as spicy as mayonnaise, and the spicy salmon and spicy tuna rolls had an unpleasant flavor. The sushi sampler was okay. It was no better than any other sushi in Stillwater, and certainly not worth the wait.The service was dreadful. Fifteen minutes wait for someone to take our drink order, another fifteen minutes before they took our food order. Food arrived fairly quickly, but we had to wait another ten minutes at the end of meal for the server to bring back the card we used to pay. How busy was the restaurant? It wasn’t. Several empty tables through the whole lunch, lots of time for the servers to chat with the cooks.I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

It was tasty but there is something seriously wrong with the kitchen staff. Two identical salads came out 30 minutes apart.The place was only half full so it wasn’t that the room was so busy. I felt sorry for the waitress.I won’t eat there again because the wait for the food is soooooooo slooooooooow!!!!
