Amazing! Shared the Angel Roll, Crazy Dragon Roll and the sushi/sashimi smoked salmon, white tuna, yellow tail, eel. All very good, highly recommend! We’ll be back!
Best Sushi in the City. My husband and I discovered this gem when we craved sushi during a Thunder game. It is right down the street from us in the Village, and it was wonderful! No complaints at all. Very authentic, and I can’t believe how delicious. Our favorite sushi place has been, of course, Tokyo on Western and Grand, but we both agreed that Inaka topped it. I got the Hawaiin and Dancing Dragon rolls, and my husband got a Spicy Tuna, Volcano, and Rainbow. They were incredible, and we are definitely going back asap!
The sushi was just mediocre, the building is stunning, stained concrete floors, the bathroom and entire dining area are beautiful. I thought the chicken fried rice was just ‘ok’. If the food quality was better, it would be an awesome place.
Horrible service and I question the quality of the fish and cleanliness of the restaurant. My ginger didn’t look good and the salmon on my rolls didn’t have any flavor. My water glass felt grimy. The best roll was the cowboy roll. It was pretty good! I really wanted to like it since it’s so close to my house. After trying it out twice, I don’t believe we will go back.
Food was excellent, service was mildly amusing in its indifference.. Went at lunchtime on a Saturday. Looked over the menu and saw that lunch was probably a good time to go as the dinner menu prices are little higher than I’d be happy to pay. Tried the Chicken Katsu (very generous portion) and a few rolls: the salmon, tuna, and sweet potato. The food was excellent and the promptness of the service was spot on but our waitress, while not rude, seemed like she’d rather be doing anywhere else on the planet than serving us.
#1 Sushi in OKC. Ok, the service isn’t the best. But having had sushi on the west/east coasts, overseas, Inaka has by far the freshest sushi. No skimping on the sushi nor a lot of fillers, as seen in most OKC sushi restaurants. The costs are in line with other sushi restaurants also. If you are into raw traditional sushi (no bacon, not fried), this is the place.
Growing On Me. My son and I are here a couple weeks after opening. Service staff was lax/indifferent. Sushi was flavorful and tasty. The Hibachi Shrimp was good. The only negative was the Miso soup. It tasted like very weak and bland colored water.
