This was our first time here. My 5 children and I very patiently waited OVER AN HOUR for 1 order of breadsticks! They lost our ticket! Sure the lady was apologetic and gave us coupons but we will NOT be going back to this location.
Seeing as how I’m a pizza fan, it’s not too difficult to get a good score in my book. That being said, the employee that spoke to me on the phone and in person was pleasant. The location had a nice open layout out and both customer facing as well as the bathroom was very clean. My thin crust pizza had a good taste and the bread was nice and crispy but not too hard or burnt. These things all seem like basic stuff but many places mess up on the basics. Today, Marcos made for a quality first time experience.
