Terrible service. I walked into anns this afternoon to have a birthday cake design done. I had a picture of the design I wanted, which was fairly simple. first they can’t do anything in 3d, it all has to be drawn on and the lady at the counter argued with me about the size I needed. I didn’t care the size as long as it could accommodate my design. unwilling to work with me or even make any suggestions as to what would work better. terrible service and who wouldn’t want to upsell? I found another local bakery that took care of me. I will never go back to anns, doesn’t matter how long they have been in business.

It’s a glorified donut and cake shop.If you like overly sweet pastries, this is your place. No bread or whole wheat or anything… Disappointed

Pros: Location.Cons: The popularity of this place is baffling with the white flour, sugar, and Crisco baked goods. Ordered a carrot cake some years ago, and it turned out to be a dry, spice cake.

Ranger Cookies!!!! I grew up on Ann’s… Mainly because my mother worked there when I was a child. Even today I stop in and get a ranger cookie or two when I am in the area. Too bad they are in a bad part of town. They would do better elsewhere.

Still the best. I have a small business and was getting my birthday cakes for my staff at Merritt’s. I went to Ann’s this time and wow! The simple white cake was moist and delicious. The frosting was as good as I have had. Staff and owner very nice and congrats on 75 years in business coming up. I’ll be back!

The best cakes in town!. You’ve got to try their white buttercream frosting- it’s nothing like what you find on store shelves or from any other bakery. It’s made from scratch, and it’s not greasy or slick like most buttercreams. They way buttercream should be! And the cake flavors are to die for. On top of having chocolate and white, they also make orange cake, lemon cake, and strawberry cake- all with real fruit pieces within. One of the most delicious pairings is orange cake with pineapple filling, and strawberry cake with lemon filling is mind-blowing, too- especially for summer!

AMAZING BAKERY. So much history along with a great experience! Cakes are the best in Tulsa hands down. Homemade icing makes it even better. They have great service, even when there is a problem! If anyone ever has problems, do NOT let it effect your view of this place. You will get better prices, better desserts, and WAY better customer service than anywhere! Highly recommended!
